A valid driving licence (EU, UK or US). Drivers from some other countries also need an International Driving Permit. Bring a passport or ID. The named driver must be at handover, with the booking reference.
A 50% down payment is due by bank transfer within 5 days of booking. The remaining balance is due 60 days before pickup. If you book within 60 days of your trip, full payment is required immediately. The €1000 deposit is separate and is taken at pickup.
No extra website fee. The total on the booking page is what you pay for the hire and any extras you add.

Usually €1000, held as the deposit at collection. Damage, missing kit or extra cleaning can be deducted. The rest is returned after the van is inspected.
Damage from drink or drugs, an unauthorised driver, use we did not agree (including rough tracks), lost personal items, and anything the insurer excludes. We list this at handover.
Stop if it is safe. Call emergency services if anyone is hurt. Photograph the scene and the other vehicle if there is one. Then call or WhatsApp us before you move the van, if you can.

A made-up bed, kitchen kit, shower, toilet, gas, and a handover. Airport transfer, extra driver, child seat and other extras are optional on the booking page.
Only if we agree in writing before pickup. Cross-border cover is not automatic.
Short, firm tracks to a campsite are fine. Loose mountain tracks, beaches and river beds can damage the van. That damage can come from the deposit.
Tell us as soon as you know. A late return can be charged as an extra day, and it can delay the next hire.
€1000 at collection. It is returned after inspection. It is not part of the hire price you pay by bank transfer.
Return the tank at the same level as handover. A shortfall is charged at the local pump price, plus a fill-in fee.
