The main points of a Tomara Campers hire. The handover sheet is the binding record for that trip.
We hire self-contained vans from Tirana. You set the dates and the route. The minimum stay is shown on the booking page. The named driver must be 21 or over, with a valid licence.
The hire and extras are paid by bank transfer after you confirm online. We email IBAN and amounts: 50% within 5 days, balance 60 days before pickup (or full payment if you book inside that window). Prices on the calendar apply to each night. The €1000 deposit is taken at pickup and is not the hire price.
You collect and return the van at the place agreed on the booking. Fuel is returned at the same level. The van stays in Albania unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Basic insurance for use inside Albania is included. The deposit is the usual excess. Unauthorised drivers, drink or drugs, and use we did not agree can fall outside cover.
The cancellation windows are on the cancellation page. Write to us with your booking reference to change or cancel. The handover sheet prevails if wording differs.
